How do I delete my clip?

Open your invite link again. You’ll see your clip with a “Delete it” button. If the film has already been made, email us or ask the organiser and we’ll make it again without you.

The camera won’t start.

Your browser needs permission to use the camera and microphone for posy.video — check its settings for this site, and close any other app using the camera. You can also choose “Send a video instead” and record with your phone’s own camera.

I opened the link in Instagram or Facebook and it won’t record.

Apps like these open links in their own small browser, which often can’t use the camera. Tap the menu (usually ··· in a corner) and choose “Open in browser”, or copy the link into Safari or Chrome.

How long can my message be?

The organiser chooses — usually 20 seconds. The ring around the record button shows how long you have left, and recording stops by itself at the end.

Who can see my clip?

The organiser, the person it’s for, and anyone they send the film to. See the privacy page for the details.
